If you just purchased any Decipher Tools product and your code is not working, don't panic! ;-)  It is most likely either because of one of two things!

  1. Make sure you have the most recent installer for the program that you purchased!

    Simply delete the current version of the software that you have on your computer (don't worry, you won't lose any previous message history if you are upgrading) and then download the most recent trial installer from one of the links below and then try your license code again. When you activate a device with your license code, it will unlock the full version of the program for that specific phone.

  2. Make sure you are typing your license code in correctly! You can also try copying/pasting in your code when activating one of your devices.
